Hi! I'm new here

I've been reading any and everything I can find on the Lap Band surgery, I came accross this site when reading about Dr. Gornichec, my gyn suggested him and from all I've read he's a good pick, I've signed up for his seminar Aug 27th can hardly wait to get started with the whole process, I have battled with my wieght all my life ........I've looked around here a bit and it seems everyone here is very supportive.

Welcome! I love Dr. G!  He is a great surgeon.  I love that he is stern with the rules, but has a wonderful bedside manor.  My suggestion - always have water with you anytime that you go to see him. Will you be making the support group meeting on the 3rd tuesday of this month?  He requires that all of  his patients go to at least one pre op and one post op - but everyone loves them so much that they keep coming back. Hello fatnana2000. I am new to this site as well. I have also chosen Dr. Gornichec as my surgeon. His seminar is very informative, you will like it. I am also very excited about starting this whole process. I only have a two more test to have done before my claim is sent to my insurance company. I can't wait! Have you visited his website yet?
