made appt

Hi everyone Well went to Ft. Sill this morning and had blood drawn for my thyroid  and well I was there  got copies of my last labs and checked in with tricare  so I could start the process  for a referral. Was already done by my pcp so got home and called for my appointment. Is July 31 , been trying to get in more water today and stay  away from the bad foods. Congrats on taking the first steps to get back on the road Debbie! Dr. Warnock is an understanding guy (I'm sure you know!) and he'll help you get back to where you want to go. Hopefully we'll see you Saturday at the support group meeting. They last around 2 hours but if you can't stay for the whole thing thats fine too! Donna
