Owasso, is it a nice place to live....???

Is it a big place, schools. Any good bariatric support. Just looking for options. Thanks for any input. Kristin

Its not really a big place as for the schools .....can not tell you I do not have any kids.  I think you would not find one there....baratric support that is would probably have to go to a bigger town. Goggle Owasso OK and see what it says........

I think Owasso would be a great place to live.  I was there today for my doc appointment and I thought... I would love to live here.  They have grown SO much since the last time I was there.  I plan on shopping there instead of Tulsa because they have just as much and not as crowded. I think it would be a great choice.  Good luck!

Owasso is a wonderful city.  It has expanded greatly in the past couple of years.  It is fairly close to Tulsa, but with no real need to go there.  It has plenty of the big name stores, restaurants, etc, and many beautiful new neighborhoods.  I hear good things about the schools too.  It really is a nice city, and a low crime rate.

HI Kristin,   I live in Owasso and it is very nice. As others said, the city has growna lot  in the last few years. I had heard the schools are excellent but I don't have children, so I cannot  give you more information about it.         There are two new hopsitals in the Area and Dr Gorospe and Dr Kirk are moving their bariatric practices from Soutcrest Hospital to The Bailey's Medical Center in Owasso.  Starting on August, all the seminars, and group meeting will be held there.. Surgery are beinf done there already.         Owasso is only 10 minutes form Tulsa but I barely go there anymore, since we have everything on hand in town.  It's a very safe place to raise a family.  Regards
