Is there anyone near the Community of Corn if so I would like to get a little advice about the area. Any and all replies are appreciated and I thank you for any consideration. Dan

I live in McAlester and I may have heard of the community of Corn but I am not certain of where it is. I am still kind of new to the area.

Thanks for your reply I am just trying to find out what kind of area it is. I have a close friend who has walked away from a 6 digit a year job in Pennsylvania. Just to move to Corn, Ok. to work on a harvesting crew. He says that this has been his dream for as long as he can remember so he is going to live it. Thanks again for the reply. Dan

Corn is near Weatherford which is on I-40 and a college town. Corn is a very small town.

Hi There! I'm from Weatherford Okla. (about 20 min from Corn).  I have several friends from there.  It is so close that people from Corn shop and even attend school here in W'ford.  Your friend's choice to live here wouldn't be for the scenery.  It would be for the friendliness of the communities.  We have NO crime to speak of.   Closest way I could describe it would be Mayberry USA.
