Information on Dr. Philip A. Floyd

After much searching, I finally have a phone number for Dr. Floyd. I have noticed ALL of his information on OH has been deleted. A message on his phone states that he is no longer performing ANY weight loss surgery whatso-ever. All I have been told is he is no longer practicing in Edmond. I've seen him one time since October 6th 2005, and that was on November 10th, 2005. I saw him in February. He was at his new location and he is in Edmond.

Thanks Britney! I received an email with an address for him in Yukon. (?) Maybe he's working both places. Of course I have left several messages on his phone with no answers back. Now it's in the hands of my attorney I guess.....what a mess.

Are you having problems post surgery?

Hi Britney, yes very much so. I've been hospitalized many times with alot of different problems. I'm afraid I can't say much here except I have had ALOT of major problems.
