define gulp

Hi, What is a gulp. Is that when you get really thirsty and chug? Or is it a mouthful? I am going to learn how to like straws..huh? I see my PCP tomorrow: I guess "keep your fingers crossed" I believe he will back my decision but who knows. I will keep you posted.Oh yeah, not that I am a heavy drinker, but can you still have an occassional beer after GBS? Cathy
