I used Buckeye. I had to do a 6 month MD supervised Diet and exercise plan for them. I was approved no problem.  I hope that helps.

Hello, I have a revision surgery scheduled for next month with Dr. Choban who will be taking my lapband out and doing a RNY. I am nervous about this whole ordeal! I would just like some feedback from some other Ohio ppl who have had revisions and their thoughts on RNY and how it changed their lives. I had a lapband placed in 2008, but was never able to lose or get the "sweet spot" due to reflux and vomiting and episodes and a band slip.... so thus, I looked into revision.
There are so many different surgeries to choose from and I am just lost with all the information! Sort of "information overload"!! I just want to be sure I am making the right decision for me! I am still 100+ pounds overweight and turning 40 this year and it my health seems to get worse and my weight seems to go up the older I get. Please.... any thoughts or testimonials would be helpful for me to hear!
