Came home on Saturday. boy, were the dogs ever glad to see me!
I am off my diabetes and blood pressure meds already. Just amazes me.
I had my post op visit yesterday and am doing great. Back to work next Wednesday.
I plan to go to the support group meetings starting next month.

So, I used my netbook once, didn't really care tho if I didn't have it.
Same for the iPod.
Forgot the pillow, didn't care about that either.
I was glad I had my Crocs to wear for walking, easy to slip on and off.
Did make good use of my cell phone, and make sure you have a charger.
You will want a pillow to hold across your stomach on the ride home!

Pure protein $1.50 at kroger 200cal 20g protein 2or3 sugar. I also like some of the adkins bars
No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Each policy is different it's up to the EMPLOYER to choose what is allowed and what is EXCLUDED. You should have tried to get your employer to change the policy before you WLS. if it was an exclusion and you went ahead with the surgery I bet it will be all out of pocket. I'm sure you got a letter of denial as to why they would not pay, most cases you just have a few months to appeal 30-60-90-180 days.

I have found that most of the bars are DRY, COST WAY TO MUCH, and might not have sugar but have SUGAR ALCOHOLS in them (which I dump on even after 5++ years). You would be better off with some other type of protein. If you need something for on the run go with a shake.
