First of all... congrats on your approval!!!!!......I am not sure if they will be open or not.. I know our support group was moved to July 12th.. so I dunno.... ...my story is a bit different than your.. I was scheduled to have surgery with Dr Lane on March 3rd and he resigned on March 1st... SOOOOO I called White's office on the 2nd and they scheduled me for surgery on March 15th... So .... they got me in QUICK! =0) that is just an idea!

So my insurance company has approved the RNY surgery. Of course I found out Friday afternoon of 4th of July weekend. Argh! I'm not sure if Dr. White's office will be open tomorrow or more likely they'll be closed for the holiday. We'll see.
How long did it take people to get scheduled once they were approved? I know I'm supposed to have a PT evaluation before hand and possibly blood work? I am crossing my fingers for a July surgery date.
