got a question

I know I'm addicted to the scale i weigh myself more than once a day. but on monday the dr's scale said 258 my scale did also. tuesday the same then thurs and today it says 262 am i just worrying about nothing when it comes to that much of a change in weight? I'm so scared that i've stopped my snack at night.and been mostly eating salds with grilled chicken on it. I just want to make sure that when i see the surgeon on the 15th that his scale will read atleast 258 or lower lol . richw

Rich, Okay your worring for nothing. Most of the time when I lose I gain 5 pounds then lose 10 pounds. your more than likely holding water from something you ate. I would not worry about it. UInless you continue to gain. Take Care Barb

Step away from the scale....Have your spouse hide it and only bring it out once a week. Truly, this is what I had to do. Weighing yourself every day (or multiple times a day) doesn't reflect true weight loss. I can gain 3-5 lbs of water in a day. Melissa

Richard I got down to 253 then gained 10 pounds and didn't lose nothen for almost 2 months then started loseing again.It's things that happen good luck Michael
