Lexington conference

Hi everyone.. I know there are several registration forms out for the conference. I was told yesterday that someone sent thiers in to the home office of ObesityHelp. Problem with that is she was charged full price. If you got your form through me, please send it back to me directly. You can fax to 513-722-8322 please put your phone number some where on the form incase I have questions. If you do not have access to a fax machine send me a note and I will give you an address where you can send it.
