Migraines

Man I am tired of these headaches!! Really doesn't help with trying to exercise!! I need to try and see if I am not getting enough water in with the weather changing. I am tired of this plato I am on. No weight loss in over a month. Got to get back for a check up as I have forgotten to see the surgeon as I have had all these hives to deal with! Casey
