Dr. Curry- New patient...

Hi Dr. Curry, I'm a little confused about all the posts concerning your move. I am interested in lap. RNY, and it seems your patients are very satisfied with your surgical expertise & after-care. Where do I start if I am interested in being a patient of yours? I have already completed a psych. eval, an EKG, and a sleep study. (before Dr. Stelmack quit Barix & with my old insurance) New ins. is UHC w/no wls exclusion, however covers @ 50% with a cap of $12,500. In December, Tracy emailed me a quote as to what my portion would be. Are your prices changing with the move? Do you offer split-billing like Dr. Fallang's office does?
