Tracy? Erin? Dr C?

I haven't seen Tracy on here in a while, so I'm not sure who I ask. I've finished my 6 month supervised diet last month, and am wondering what my next step is. Everything else is done (psych consult, sleep study etc) Who sends this in to my insurance? Deaconess or University? How do I know if this has been done yet? Thanks!! Tina Ell

Tina, Deaconess is responsible for the submission of your file. Just make sure all the documents and test results are turned into them.
