has anyone heard of or tried a protien drink called spiru-tein. its made by naturesplus only has 14 grams of protein but would like some feed back on this please. rich w

Ive never heard of that before...I have used the Isopure, the grape, punch and raspberry is good...But its kinda expensive... $3.50 a bottle at the GNC health store... I like the low carb/ low sugar chocolate slim fast drinks...I buy them at walmart over by the pharmacy...I cant find it with the low carb and sugar anywhere else... I tried the vanilla last night, and its nasty...I tried adding some smashed strawberries and bananas....It still wasnt the greatest....Ended up dumping from too much sugar....Dont care to ever do that again.... Where you from? I am in Greenville, Ohio...I had my surgery on the 27th of feb....have lost 43 pounds since then...Since my highest weight at the end of Jan, I now have a grand total of 75 pounds....
