moving right along

I called my insurance on Monday to see if they got the paperwork that was submitted by OSU. They did not have anything. I called OSU because they said they would submit it the week before. THe person i spoke with was a little short with me and said she would send it in when she had time. This really ticked me off... I called back 2 days later to complain and then same lady told me that they had approval from my insurance !! I am not sure how this happened but I am not complaining... I start with my 4 wk mandatory dietary classes this Wed and I will call tomorrow to make my appt with Dr. Needleman.... I just cannot believe that things are now moving so quickly.... It all seems like a dream.....
