Help with Pre-approval letter

I am working on my package for pre-approval and I have followed the example letter on the web site here....I was just wondering if anyone has followed that and how did it work for you?...and also what kind if any extra information did you add in your letter?.....and what all did you send in your package?....I ask this because I have got several different answers from the customer service people when I called to ask what I need to do...(drives me crazy lol).....Thanks....Kelly

What I included in the letter was a page that I did of pictures of me at 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40 and now (45) to show that I was always fat..I put them all on one page and wrote the ages I was in the pictures along with the weight. I don't know if it helped but it couldn't hurt, it shows them that you are a real person with a weight problem and need some this surgery. Good luck to you!
