I finally found the answer to the Plateau problem
I found myself only losing a little bit of weight every week, no substantial weight loss for nearly two months. Since you lose the most weight in the first 6 months, and I was on 4 and a half, I knew that I had to do something, if only for one and a half months. I called the gym and asked for a personal trainer. After the first workout with him, I lost three pounds the next day! It is expensive, so I am only doing it for a few weeks. It is the absolute answer to the plateau problem.
He warms me up on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then we do weights, abs, legs and rear areas. When you pay someone to help you work out, you seem to do it (and show up). I really can't afford this kind of training, but then again, I couldn't afford the surgery either but somehow I found a way. JUST DO IT. Charge it or borrow the money. I'm losing weight now, the same as I did the first few weeks out from my surgery. It feels so good!! Take care!
