Mikami, M.D. I wanted to post one more time about the yahoo group that has been created to help those of us who have lost weight and are having trouble maintaining or getting those last pounds off. It is a support group for us to check in daily and help get each other motivated to begin eating right again, getting our vitamins, more exercise, and do all the things we know we should be doing.
