If you are a post op and have found yourself not losing, gaining, or just feel like you have fallen off the wagon. You may join a few of us who are banding together to support one another.
I started this journey 7 months ago at 310 pounds. I am now at 150 as of yesterday morning. I have been stuck in a plateau for several weeks. This little group we have started is going to exchange e mails every day to encourage one another to eat better, exercise more, and stop the cycle of emotional eating.
If you are interested in joining our support group contact me.

Josie,
Thanks for joining us. We need all the cheerleaders we can get. Its good that we are all realizing we are having a problem, so we can find our way back before we start gaining or get stuck at one weight. I am so encouraged by the size of our group already. I answered 45 e mails of folks wanting to be part of the " Back on Trackers" support group
And again, Miss Josie.. You are beautiful. You were always beautiful, but now healthier and more beautiful.
Hugs
Miss Laura
Please count me in! I have been stuck for several months now.... and really need to get back on track. I'm really afraid that old eating habits are trying to creep back in. I still need to lose another 30 lbs. and am wondering if I am subconsciously sabatoging myself from getting to goal!!!
Thanks for setting this up! We have all come way too far to succumb to head hunger and bad habits again.
Hugs,
Karen
