My 6th Month Update
Sept 21 is my 6th month
Here is what I am up to.
I boosted my excercise by 10 more minutes. I have made my programs harder with inclines and resistants. I am excercising 5 x a week. Now 1 hr at a time. I am on my ellipical for 30 minutes now. 20 minutes tread mill or Walk. I do my ab lounge 50 x a day. and thigh master and bar bells for arms. I put lotion on my body daily. and give myself facials with excercise in them. I have bought a scale. I have been weighing my food. I have been eating under 4 ounces. I thought I was eating more. But I am not. My biggest habit. Is I eat triscuits reduced fat.( I love them) I think these crackers keep my bowels moving good. I go everyday. I only do one protein shake a day now. I am on all my vitaims. I feel great !!!! I am today 186 Down from 272 pounds 26 pounds from goal. My heart feels great considering 6 month ago It was so weak. THIS 6 MONTHS HAS BEEN THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE FOR MYSELF. Another great thing. I have long beautiful healthy nails. For the first time in My life. andd I am in a size 12 and a large shirt. I was a 48 dd Now I am a large c I need to do something with my breast. That I hope will be all I will need. I hope.
Hair loss has slowed down. Overall. Im truly Blessed
