Good news re: secondary insurance!
I'm so excited! I just spoke with my husband's insurance company about what I will need to have surgery, and it is looking like I will not have problems being approved! 
Here is what they require (sounds pretty standard):
- BMI 35+
- Previous weight loss attempts (said they don't need to be medically supervised! This is a big one for me!)
- Psych Eval
- Pre-Op physical
- Pre and Post Op dietary evaluation
- Support System in place
- All the standard physician-supplied information
