OT Migraines - I need a specialist near Dayton - anyone?

Can anyone tell me of a migraine specialist, especially if they are near Dayton? I am just having a terrible time with really severe migraines. Have had them for years and have tried many of the migraine meds but not doing well. Treated by both my PCP and a neurologist. Would actually like to try Botox for migraine prevention but can't even find anyone in the area who does this. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much Kitty

Kitty I had a friend who did botox for her migraines and got relief. I will try to contact her to see who she went to. I believe it was someone in Columbus. Aimee

I don't know a specialist but Nortriptyline helped mine.
