question for everyone
to date i've lost about 70 pounds.I'm about 3 1/2 months out and have only been losing about 3 pounds per week for the past 2 months.has anyone else had this problem? if i could stand the taste or small of the boost i'd go back to it but i
everytime i get close to it.I walk for an hour a day 5-6 days a week.only eat 3 meals (3 ounces) a day every now and then a snack of sliced apples with peanut butter.
just need some help to get this FAT off quicker.I am now down from 358 to 285( according to my scale) would love to hit 250 by may 15 my 6 month visit with surgeon. from 54 to 46 pants, 4x to 1-2 x shirts.

C'mon, Rich....70lbs in 3 mos???? That's awesome! I'm 4.5 mos out and down only 64 lbs. I'm doing the 3 lbs a week thing, but while that has been happening, my body shape has been changing drastically. I've dropped two sizes during this phase. I look at it this way....as long as the numbers go down, I won't complain.
Make sure you're getting enough protein and calories. Believe it or not, if you don't get enough calories, your body will slow it's metabolism and fight back on shedding fat. Use fitday.com to help you calculate.
With my DS, I have a 100g daily protein goal, and I feel like I'm always eating to accomplish this.
