Need Book Recommendations...

Hi All, Hope all is going well for everyone. 1st let me report the good news got on the scale this am down 115 lbs Still having problems with my leg though so still not exercising going back to the dr. on friday hopefully that is cleared up soon..Oh and btw I started a blog the site is in my profile has some before and current pics. feel free to check it out...Also. was wanting to know if anyone has any good book recommendation for wls more on the after and the emotional side of it. I went to Boarders the other night but could not find anything. So, would love to know if anyone knows of anything. Thanks in advance

Well, I did find another book incase anyone else is interested. On bariatrictimes.com called The Emotional First Aid Kit: A Practical Guide to Life After Bariatric Surgery. I ordered it will let ya know if it is good when I get it.

"Passing for Thin" by Frances Kuffel (sp?). Frances did not have wls, but lost her weight through OA. Her book is the best I've ever read on all the aspects of how your life changes after a large weight loss.
