When I was in the office you showed me the lap band. What kind is it? I read different posts about different sizes and types of bands....Inamed and Vanguard
How do you do this? Do patients get different sizes or bands?

I use both types, during surgery I take a look and decide which one you need. In my office, the one on the plastic model of the stomach is a Vangaurd or VG, and the free-floating one is a 10cm band.
