NEED HELP WITH MEDICAID

Hello group. I need help finding a plastic surgeon in ohio that takes medicaid. I have already had my skin removed and would like to get my breast done also. I was told that if your breast hang past your elbows that you will usally get an approvel for the surgery. So I figured what the heck try and see if they do great if not I am not out anything. Any help would be nice thanks. To all.

did medicaid ay for the skin removal? I am preop with medicaid and know it's going to be bad if I lose the weight and don't have any other insurance for PS.
