It's been awhile.
I know I haven't been on here much lately but I am today. Today was my 6 month check up and I am doing wonderful. All my blood work is wonderful. EVERYTHING! I am now officially down 90.5 lbs since surgery and 95.5 since I started this journey. I have also lost 56% of my excess weight and now hope to continue with the rest of the excess. Now if I could kick this cold that I have I could get back into my routine with my exercising.

Rocquetta and Barb,
You girls are doing just incredible.!!!! I knew that you both would, you both had that spirit of that you were just gonna get in there and get the job done and failure wasnt an option. I am proud of you both!!!!
I am working hard to meet my goal of 120 by my appt with Dr Mikami at the first of June for my one year appt. I am hovering around 147 right now and kind of stuck. I got myself a new little gadget at Walmart that calculates steps and calories burned. They were on sale for 6.88 and I figure it couldnt hurt to have a new digital pedometer and know exactly how many calories I am burning. I am kicking up the working out a notch or two and increasing my protein and water drinking again.. I have already surpased Dr Mikami's goal for me he said 170, down from 310. But I am ready to take this all the way home to a healthy normal weight for my 5"2 frame. I want to float into that appt and gently land on that scale at 120.. Well, If I dont I am not going to beat myself up.. But if I do, I am gonna be floating on air forever!!!
Lots of Love and hugs to you girls You are doing incredible!!!!
