Doctor supervised programs

My insurance, Care Source, requires at least 2 different "doctor supervised" programs for at least six months each in order to be approved I was wondering if anyone else has had this request by thier insurance and what did you try.....I did LA Weight Loss and Weigh****chers for a good amount of time but I don't think that they are considered "doctor supervised" even though it's a weekly weigh in.....I would sure appreciate feedback because I am sooooo wanting to have surgery....Thanks Bunches......Kelly (Austintown OH)

Have you been going to the doctor regularly for other things for at least six months..If so email me and I will show you the chart that i used to document a 6 month supervised weight loss
