Anyone with Central Benifits???

I have a question for anyone who's insurance is Central Benifits. I was wondering what they are like to deal with. What do they require from you? Do they require diet time and stuff like that? Thanks to anyone that can help me.

Hi Kim! I have Central Benefits and just got approval at the end of January. I had EV Benefits until January 1 and then my employer switched to Central Benefits. It probably depends on your policy through your employer but I had to have a 6 mo medically supervised diet, psych eval, nutritional counseling, BMI of >40( or >35 if you have co-morbidities). I think that's basically it, probably the same things your surgeon will require. Hope that helps. Once I had the 6 mo. diet taken care of I was approved in less than 2 weeks!
