So will all of Dr C's patients records be moving with him? I don't want to have to trek up to Deaconess to retrieve them. And I certainly don't want a new doctor when I already have the best. Are we going to have to sign a waiver to get our records moved to Dr C's new office?
I'm probably getting ahead of myself, here, but when should I plan on contacting your office to schedule a consultation? Will contact information be posted here?
