Central States (Teamsters)

Anyone have any luck getting an approval from them??? Looking to give it a shot, I researched some back posts and have found they have in the past approved.

My husband is with the Teamsters, Central States and they did not cover it. I even got an attorney, and he could not get it through. Luckily I signed up for my insurance where I work, United Health Care, and they paid for everything. Central States is usually good with everything else, but they will not pay for Gastric Bypass. I even called again the other day because my husband's diabetes is bad and they stated it is not covered for any reason. Cindy
