I had a message on my machine from my insurance ... they called to let me know that all I need to do is have the surgeon send a letter with the new code and I will be all set!!!!! I do NOT have to resubmit!!!! My approval letter for the band will work for the Runy as well. I'm excited.... I could have a date soon!
