support group

Hi Does anyone know of a support group in Toledo? I think I need the extra support. For those who do not know me. I am almost 8 weeks post-op. I have lost 50 pounds. Unfortunately I have been at a stand still for almost 4 weeks. I am frustrated, but I know in time the scale will start moving. It is just hard to get on the scale a few times a week and see it not moving. Well hope everyone *****ads this is doing well .... take care Erin

Lap Band on 01/30/06

I know that there is one - and I hope the person that runs it sees your message. Maybe repost your message with "looking for TOLEDO support group" to grab her attention. I go to St Lukes in Maumee the second monday of the month for a lap band support group. Best of luck to you! Alexandra
