Help, sample appeal letters that got you approved

I finally got my letter from the insurance company saying that I was being denied, would like to appeal, but don't know where to begin. Thanks, would you mind emailing them to me, I would greatly appreciate it. Julie K Brunswick, Ohio

Keep trying... I didn't have to appeal but keep asking on the board.. I hate it when no one responds o you when you ask for help and support. Hang in there someone must be able to help you.... Can your surgeons office give you some support? Blessings Pam
