Peter Framton
Cindy,
How cool is that... What was Mr Frampton buying at Krogers??? Just curious.. LOL
Its strange but I work at the Electronics dept at Walmart and I had a customer ask about one of his CD's last night and it brought back memories of playing "Frampton comes Alive" a bazillion times driving my parents crazy.
Thanks for sharing that star sighting. I once sat behind Barry Manilow at a matinee showing of " A Star is Born", and Danny Glover helped me look for my daughter Sara who wandered off at a trade show. And when Sara was a baby at Childrens hospital in Cols Kenny G came to her room to visit. She was just a baby and doesnt remember him. But I will never forget it. Also, my kids and I got to meet and greet with the group NSYNC three times because of my friendship with their road mgr, Melinda. I Love to hear about people who have met famous folks..
Love ya Miss Cindy.

wow ... how cool ... I had no idea he lived in that area. I always liked him.
WOW I bet you were thrilled, he was one of my favorites when I was growing up. I have only met 3 famous people but have had a bunch of close calls back when I was driving a truck.
I met Reba Mc Entire in Oklahoma City at the Cowboy Hall Of Fame, She was there for a benefit show and I hauled some of here wardrobe cases and equipment back to the airport. I got to talk to her for about 2 or 3 minutes.
My wife and I met John Michael Montgomery at a truck stop in West Memphis Arkansas. I was fueling my truck and his bus pulled in next to us and he got off the bus and was walking while his driver fueled. we talk to him for about 20 minutes.
The last one I met was Tom Bodef, the guy that does the Motel 6 commercials, I was headed west on I-40 and he had a CB radio he started talking to me and some other drivers, we pulled off in Amarillo TX. and got coffee. I wound up talking to him almost all the way across New Mexico. He was pretty cool.
Other than that I have had a few close calls.
I saw Pam Tillis riding on a tour bus in Nashville.
I walked past John Anderson at a truck stop in Ardmore Ok. didn't know who he was till the girls at the fuel desk said something.
I pulled one of Motley Crue's Equipment Trailers to Jacksonville Fl. after there truck broke down in Oklahoma City.
I grew up just west of Oklahoma City, I used to go dancing to Garth Brooks Band before he made it famous.
I also went to see a band at the county fair call Lariat, You might know them better as Ricochet
Well that is it for me...... Jimmy
Hi Cindy. Didn't know he was in Cinci now. Back in the late 80's I worked at a hotel in Toledo. He was staying there. He hung out at the front desk with me for hours. NOBODY knew who he was. He asked me where the closest Krogers was. He walked there and back. Amazed me that such an icon went virtually unoticed walking the streets of Toledo.
Hey all..guess I am not suppose to tell this..butttttt he lives in Indian Hill most of the time, I did some real estate research work for his atty a couple of years ago..so I got to meet him in the office for the closing- he was really a nice guy.
Other than that my life is pretty boring..havn't met anyone else famous except a few athletes like Ken Anderson, Johnny Bench and Joe Morgan..(gesshh telling my age here) think I will shut up before you start guessing..LOL
Have a great day!
Brenda
