I need info!

I have to have an esophageal manomotry and cini esophagram. my barium studies showed distal dysmotility and mild reflux. This is on Nexium. Does anyone know if this could keep me from getting my lap band procedure? Won't the weight loss help? Thanks, I;m sooo close I don't want to loose this chance now.

Pam, If you have dysmotility I doubt anyone will band you. It's a contra-indication to banding. Dr. C
