I think I found a Whoosh Fairy on this board ! Do you think that is a coincidence? Wasn't it you who asked, "what the heck is a Whoosh Fairy?" Looks to me like we have them all over the place! WOW! For those who do not know...a whoosh is when one loses a significant amount of scale weight, seemingly overnight. The loss phenomenon typically follows a long period of no losses in scale weight which is sometimes called a stall or plateau. No one can adequately explain why a whoosh phenomenon occurs, but it has been reported that a little fairy has been seen hovering around prior to these weight loss occurrences. Thus the weight loss is attributed by many to the appropriately named, "Whoosh Fairy."

Barb, You look AMAZING!!! I am waiting for the whoosh fairy to come visit me. I have only lost about 7lbs this month. But I feel wonderful and people who haven't seen me since Christmas say I look like I have lost more weight so that makes it easier to deal with. Keep up the great work. Rocquetta 333/248/175
