Walking is your best excercise. It trimed my waist fast. Walking is my favorite. I get my heart pumping so good. That will trim your middle section fast. I bougt a sweat band for my waist. Once my excercise is done that band is so wet from sweat. I also wear the sweat shorts to.

Congrats on your great progress. Get yourself a cheap pedometer from Walmart ( under $4.00 bucks) and keep track of how many steps you are doing on your little walks. Try and add just a few steps each and every walk. Get you a little journal and keep track of those figures. So when someday you are getting in 15,000 steps in a day you can look back and see how far you have come. I wear my pedo from the minute I get up until I go to bed. On a good 8 hour shift at Walmart I can easily put 11,000 steps on. I cant imagine 6 months ago being able to do 250 without turning blue and panting lke a dog.. LOL
