Bowel obstruction

What are some of the signs of having a bowel obstruction? Do you have cramps, blood in your stool, constipation?

I had a bowel obstruction but have not had the WL surgery. The pain was like I was having a gawl bladder attach. I felt like I was going to die. It finally got so bad that I was throwing up the poison that would not go the other way. The dr said that one more day and I would have not pulled through. I did not have blood in the stool cause nothing would go through. If you feel like that you are in question then you should see your dr and take my advise and DO NOT wait. You will know if you have a bowel obstruction because you will be in extreme pain. When I had my Bowel obstruction I was throwing up or dry heaving. I did not even notice if I was constipated or not. The pain is unbearable! There is also a 100% mortality rate if you wait too long. Go straight to the emergency room if you are in extreme pain. You should have them call your bariatric surgean right away.

Is ot a pain in you stomach like you have to go but you can't? If your bowels are moving on your own then you are ok right???
