I've got a date!!!

Hi Everyone! Just heard from Dr. Ungson today with my date. I will be having DS on March 6th. I am so excited as I have waited a very L O N G time for this. Thanks to all for your support and encouragement! Diane

March 6 Wow. I am so happy for you. Keep us posted. We are here for you. You have a great day.... Dont eat to many last meals. I ate everything I could think of. I think I put on 10 pounds the last 2 weeks before my surgery LOL Great News for you Hugs Barb

Thanks Barb. That last supper syndrome sure is a tough one isn't it?? I'm going to do my best. I definitely want a trip to Outback for those yummy grilled shrimp but mostly for the Wallabee darned drink! Thanks for the warm wishes! Diane

Oh GF, you KNOW how happy I am for you. I just wish we could have done all this together as we had planned but this way will work out too. You know I will be with you in spirit as you were with me! I'll be here waiting to see you whe you get home!!

Diane this reminds me of my very last meal. Me and the kids was planning our food day. We went to arbys for lunch. Then at supper time we decided we would make big juicey hambergers with french fries. With the works on the big onion buns. Well my stomach was so nerves at supper time I told the kids to just order a pizza. I could not eat supper I was to nerves. Boy I wish I ate the hamberger. I see people eating them and think how can they eat all that. I look at everyones plates now. and think god how can they eat all that. This surgery is going to make you feel so great. I cant wait to see you change. Dont leave us. Some people after they get the surgery they are gone from here and we never get to see what they look like. Hugs Barb

I'm not going anywhere Barb. I am so grateful for those of you who did stick around. Makes things very nice for us newbies. Maybe one day I'll be able to support someone else the way all of you have supported me! Love your burger story. Right now, I'm still the one that can "eat all that." Just can't wait for that to change!
