I finally did it. I have heard so many of you talk about it. Trust me it is worth the shot. It told me so much about my eating habits. If you havent tryed it. It is worth looking into. I am eating to many carbs I am up to 50 already today. For those of you you havent taken time to look into. It is worhth your while. Thank god those of you who have had suggested it. I am not really doing bad at all. Mt calorie intake is wonderful. How many carbs is okay a day Thanks Barb

I figured my day out and included my snacks and drinks for tonight.Totals (calories 1147) (total Fat 22) (Total Carbs 120 ) (Total protein 124 ) I think I am getting to much Carbs and to much protein. What do you guys think ? And are my calories to high? Thank you Barb

When I told my PCP about the weird cravings that I was having, she advised me to listen to my body. She told me that my body will tell me what it needs. I just wi**** didn't keep telling me that it wants more Skyline Chili! When I crave carbs, I eat them. I don't eat alot at any one time so I tend not to worry to much about what I am eating. I just make sure that I get in as much protein and water that I can, along with my vitamins and supplements. Last week all I wanted was green vegetables, and I don't even like most of them! Go figure! I'm maintaining my 190 pound weight loss so my body must be telling me something! Cathy

190 pounds. You are doing wonderful. My Cravings is spicey foods. Need to watch that. One day I wanted pickle juice. YUK that would hurt the pouch. I didnt know I was getting so much protein in. I am around 125 a day. Maybe I need to cut out one shake. Thanks for your feedback Barb

take your ideal weight divide by 2.2 will give you weight in kilo's and you should have 1 gram of protein for each kilo. for me its like (134/2.2 = 60.9=60.9 gram of protein each day.) Not sure if its 100% correct, but that's the way I read it. Julie K Brunswick, Ohio
