Last Night a WOW

I noticed. This is weird. My nipples are smaller. I was a 45dd and now I am a 38 D The nips use to be silver dollars. They are now half dollars. and quarters when cold. I was in shock. Is there a way to firm your breast. I dont think there is a excercise. I take my thigh master and put it in front of me and squeese it together. and notice its working that area. But I dont think they will get perky again. I think that is Gone.

Hey Barb!! I have been sooooo busy. I don't get to hop on very much. I used to live here. But, I took my new found energy and got a second job. I need to pay some medical stuff and save for a couple of vacations I have planned next year. I hope you're going to the regional conference next year - that's one of the trips I'm plannng on. Yes I am going, I will bring my oldest daughter. If I bring the youngest I will have to bring the kids (NOT) Lets get together and go out at night time and party, Where are they having it the conference at. Leaving the fuddy dud at home he just had surgery on his neck for his sleep apnea and is driving me nuts. I know it hurts but he had the surgery 2 weeks ago. Its started to get on my nerves. Perky is gone forever. Resort to a goooood bra--you know who has the best bras in the world?? Victoria's Secret! And they are not even that expensive. I LOVE my VS bras, they "push up and in" and what little poor floppy sacks I have left, they hold up pretty good. When you lose a bit more weight, go get a couple of those---

Sandy, Thanks for the advise. I have never even been in a victoria secret. I guess now I can start thinking about that. I know I will never be perky again. I am not having them lifted. If I get anything done it would be the face. That is what shows all the time. I hope I dont need that for awhile. I keep the oil of olay piled on me.
