Going crazy here

These people are driving me out of my mind. I found out today that the bariatric program (OSU) I submitted my info too, has been setting on it for over 2 months. They had filed it away and did not followed up on any of it because they said they have never had an approval through my insurer (Caresource) On top of it all they didn't bother to notify my PCP or myself. I could have been a couple of months down the road on the whole process. But now I am just getting started.

So sorry Jimmy. Did you get them straightened out. I learned from my approval I had to bug the **** out of everyone that had anything to do with this surgery. I had to at times get pretty nasty. Dont let anyone walk on you or stall your approval Take Care and keep yourself busy. You will get your surgery. I know it is fustrating. Just try to stay focussed and dont put on any more weight while your waiting. It could make you weak when you need to be stronge for this surgery Hugs Barb

I would be upset too! I went throught that with Tri-care! They said they never received the info but it was there in their DOS program, filed under the wrong program! I was denied but approved in an hour when they heard it was their screw up! I hope you get it done quickly now! Casey
