Off Tiopic .. Need some psychic vibes sent my way
After my adventure being stranded on the interstate a few weeks back my mama bought me a cell phone. It had been sitting on my desk since my daughter loaded it up with a top off card. Now it is missing. We have searched everywhere. Please give me some thoughts where you think it might of ended up.. My grandson Christian might of stuck it somewhere when he was over Christmas day , so it could be anywhere.
Just a few hints might help me find the little burger. Thanks so much.
Love and hugs,
Laura

OK, this is a wild guess Laura, but I'm guessing that you didn't have the phone turned on, right? Cuz ifn ya did, ya'd just call yourself and see where the ringing was coming from. Right?
So my guess is, it could be wherever the heck I left my clip on sunglasses and my car keys. That black hole where everything goes when it is lost. ROFL.
Hugggggggsssss,

It makes me a little mad because the girls had some friends in while I was at work, and I hate to say this but I am worried one of them picked it up. I hate to think that negative about someone, but it does seem odd it was right on my desk charging for days and suddenly gone.I have checked all the low places where Christian would hide something and dont recall us ever being out of the living room while he was here on Christmas day. Oh well.. Its not the end of the world if its gone, I survived without a cell phone for 44 years, I can get by without one now. Argh.. Just no trips on the interstate for me. LOL
Love ya.

Laura--two suggestions (or more)...tell Christian you want to play the "phone game" with him. Act all excited--you get your home phone in your hand, and tell Christian to "run find YOUR phone, so we can talk together! This will be fun!!" My grandsons are 8 now, but when my phone went missing, and it was nowhere to be found--about half the time, out he comes running with my missing cell phone, eager to play the "game"!!! Look in your fridge (I swear I did this twice), look in your car under the seats and between and in the back of the seats. Pour your purse out on the bed--everything. (All this is not necesary if you just call the phone and listen for the ring, but I assume for some reason this won't work). It's really kind of rare that someone would steal a phone--it's your number, and when she answers, of course she's caught. She can't change the number. So it wouldn't do anyone any good to steal someone else's phone. I don't think that happened. Good luck!
My boys use to toss spoons away on me all of the time.
Makes me laugh, my mom just bought me a cell phone for christmas too.
I hope that you found the phone. My niece lost (hid) my rings for years; it wasn't until we were ready to move that she went and got them and that was almost 4 years later.
Hope you do find it and soon.

The Missing phone was found today in the middle of a laundry basket with socks that were to be mated. In the mean time I had replaced it with a different model. I made a decision to donate my lost /found phone to our local battered womens shelter. They give them to women in scary domestic situations so that they can call for help.. I feel like God spoke to my heart to do this.. So I am doing it in the morning.
Happy New Years Day to all,
Laura..
