Stomach Ache ?? Dr. C question

I recently visited convenient care for a high fever and chills. My temp was 103.7. I ended up just having a "virus". Since then, I have had stomach cramps, pain on my right side under my rib cage like a stabbing pain. I continue to run a low grade temp and just really feel blah. Could I be having gall bladder symptoms? Don't know whether to cry wolf or is it still this virus hanging on. Vera Houpt
