Does any one have Cleveland Clinic as their PCP?

If you do can you tell me what their procedure is for getting his/her written recommendation for surgery? Dr. Hallowell's office had received my Phyc. Dr. Griffith's report, and they are waiting on my PCP's letter. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Julie K Brunswick, Ohio
