2 Week platue Any suggestions

I know this is normal. and it is so weird because I know I am losing weight. I have upped my protien in the past 2 days to 80 grams. I am drinking more water and fluids. and I am excercising 50 minutes a day. 20 minutes elliptical and 20 on the threadmill. and 3 minutes on arms and 3 minutes on ab lounge and doing my my strecthing..... Is there anything else you all can think of. I am sure the bloody marrys didnt do me any justice with all that salt..... I know this happens I am not complaining. I have done great. I just want to know if I can do something to break it..... Thanks I only go out one night a month.. Please dont tell me I need to get rid of my bloody merrys. LOL That is my one night of fun.... it's not really a plateau until you've not lost anything for 3-4, this is just a stall, your body catching up. Have you taken your measurements? This to me is the weirdest part, it feels like I'm losing, but the scale don't move.. but my clothes get bigger but so hugs, Vickie

Check your inches! Whenever the weight isn't coming off, the inches are! That is what has happened with me. It is like the body has to catch up. You are doing awesome!
