Any one still shop Lane Bryant?

I have one of those "Gift Cheque" things where you get $25 off $75, $50 off $150, or $75 off $250. It is good from December 2 - 24, I will send it asap. First come first serve just send me an email with your address or if you are on the card list just an email letting me know you want it. Vickie

You know, I "discovered" Lane Bryant about 2 months before my surgery. All that time and I didn't realize they had well made AFFORDABLE clothes when I was a bigger size. Now I am shopping in my daughters Goodwill box. Thank God I am too lazy to actually take the clothing up to the drop off, otherwise I would be running around pretty much nekkid!!! You have to realize my daughters days of 6's & 7's were about two years ago-but there I was this morning, in the garage-pulling boxes out of protective bags looking for something that fit! Hopping from one sock foot to the other because the floor was cold, praying none of the neighbors looked over at my house on their way to the car and saw me in my baggy undies and teenie tiny super padded bra, desperately searching for something that looked age appropriate and fit. I didn't hear any outbursts of laughter, so either no one saw me, or they felt sorry for the person in my garage...Just in case I may start a rumor about an "out of town cousin who didn't pack for the weather"... Good thing nobody saw you Becky! what a site that would have been! The only Lane Bryant here in Toledo is on the far side of town, I only used to go there when all else failed. But even at my biggest I couldn't get a bra there.. I would have to go to Catherine's and pay big $'s. Lane Bryant barred me about 6 months ago, same with The Avenue, both told me, it's been nice knowing ya but... we have nothing for you any longer Now I'm a shopalholic, Christmas shoppings been hard, because I find all kinds of things I WANT! and fit and ON SALE!
