Well, hello my sweet friend! It is so nice to know you've been thinking of me. LIfe has been so hectic with moving and trying to get settled here in Washington State. I just celebrated my first holiday in 10 years with family. It was a real treat to do so. Everyone came to our home which gave me a deadline for getting us unpacked and settled in in the new house. I fed 12 on Thanksgiving. I made all of my favorite recipes and just modified them to make them healthier for the new lifestyle. What a difference from this time last year. Last Thanksgiving I was freaking out because I was about to have my surgery. Things sure look different on this side of the fence. Boy am I thankful for having done this!!! I fell 6 pounds short of my goal of 150# But I have a BMI of less than 25 and tomorrow is my 1yr rebirthday! ! I have lost a total of 164-165 pounds depending on the day and I am very pleased with my progress. I am going to push to lose that last 6 if I can, but if it doesn't happen I will still be a happy girl. How is your life and what have you been up to??? I miss you and all my friends there in Ohio. I have been a bit lonely here in Washington. If I didn't have my mom and my sister, I don't know what I would do.
